I purchased a professionally fabricated seat foam and seat cover from a manufacturer in the UK for my motorcycle. I was tempted to install it myself but decided to have it professionally installed instead. I brought them along with my freshly painted bare seat pan to ABC Custom Auto Upholstery and was told it was an easy task for him and that it would cost $125. I agreed and asked him to please do a nice job as it was part of the restoration and left it with him. I picked it up a couple of days later and to my dismay he had accidently left a small exposed cut in the cover, he obviously didn't make the effort to protect the underside of the seat pan as there was glue left in multiple places and also on an exposed part of the seat cover. When I pointed out the issues, instead of showing any remorse for the sloppy un professional workmanship he decide to take the low road and blame what he called a crappy seat cover and that he could have made a much better seat cover. I am very disappointed and will not bring anything or recommend him in the future.

I’ve been using this place off and on for many years. They go out of their way to make sure you get done what you want done. Down to earth and honest. Not a fancy place but a place to get it done. Great guy.

Not a business owner?? Yup horrible response to work you did and not up to quality standards you promised. Shame on you!
